Pain Issues
Everyone experiences pain. Pain is simply your body telling you something is damaged. And it tells you this by sending messages through your nerves to your brain.
You have nerves all over your body—extending from your brain and spinal cord to your skin, muscles, and internal organs. Your nerves communicate with your brain by sending electrical signals. All sensations, good and bad, travel from different parts of your body to your brain through these electrical signals in your nerves, protected by your spine.
Arthritis
Arthritis is a condition characterized by joint inflammation. Joint injury can be caused by trauma or by the wear and tear of aging. Arthritis is one of the most widely misunderstood conditions. When one hears this word, they envision a future with crippled and twisted joints. However "arthritis" is a very general word that encompasses many different conditions from the benign to the severe.

A frequent and overlooked cause of headaches is the malfunction of spinal bones in the neck and upper back.
